Welcome to the Blue Heeler Film Festival 2025!

Submissions are now open for the 12th annual Blue Heeler Film Festival and it's with great excitement that we announce the theme for 2025.

'Nurture' seeks to inspire films that celebrate the power of nurturing—whether it’s caring for the environment, fostering relationships, supporting personal growth, or cultivating new ideas.

This year, we want to celebrate how nurturing helps us grow, heal, and connect with others. We can’t wait to see the creative ways you tell these stories!. But remember, failure to address the theme could lead to disqualification. Stay tuned for further updates on our big plans for this year's Festival!
